Please note that the items in our Sample Sale are used garments that may have been worn for photo shoots or fittings. These items may show signs of wear or minor defects, which are detailed in the product description.
No Returns or Exchanges:
As these are discounted sample items, they are sold as-is and are excluded from returns and exchanges. Please review the product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. You can also try them on in our Showroom in Berlin, just book a regular appointment.
Exceptions – Defective Items:
If the item you receive has significant defects that were not described in the product listing, you may be eligible for a return under statutory warranty rights (§ 437 BGB). In such cases, please contact us at info@ritual-unions.de within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
