No Returns or Exchanges:
As these are discounted sample items, they are sold as-is and are excluded from returns and exchanges. Please review the product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. You can also try them on in our Showroom in Berlin, just book a regular appointment.
Exceptions – Defective Items:
If the item you receive has significant defects that were not described in the product listing, you may be eligible for a return under statutory warranty rights (§ 437 BGB). In such cases, please contact us at info@ritual-unions.de within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
